My name is Amberly Ralls and I’m so thankful that you’ve stopped by to check out my site. My husband Brad and I are a blended family from sunny central California. Together we raise our seven children (yep, you read that right) with a whole lot of grace and a handful of grit and giggles. Next to our family, Life Coaching is my passion. Walking shoulder to shoulder with clients as God brings beauty from ashes brings me indescribable joy. I have seen break throughs, miracles and answered prayers. What is a Life Coach?
In 2015 I had the same question. To be completely transparent my first thought was “aren’t life coaches for hippies?” (How wrong I was) I was oddly intrigued and I began my research into this new form of therapy. Looking back it was my “Hail Mary Pass.” My life was a mess, I was overcome with so much loss. I was a divorced mom who lived with anxiety, thoughts of shame and failure daily. I wanted to walk in the fullness of my potential but I didn’t know where to start. Can anyone relate? Life Coaching gave me weekly accountability to make myself the priority. I chose to do a years journey with my personal Life Coach. It changed me and I wanted this program to be available to everyone I knew. I completed my certification and internship program and got to work. As a Coach I’m here to support, encourage and offer fresh perspective. A good Coach creates a sacred safe space to work through what’s really holding you back. There is always a “why.” Together we invite God into the process with us. This process gives ground to cultivate restorative healing that births renewed hopes, dreams and purpose. Ladies, I have experienced this first hand. You can heal. You can overcome. You can find your worth. You can not only reach your goals but hit those suckers out of the park! 🌟
